This bootcamp is done in a bootcamp setting to help keep you accountable and encourage. Each bootcamp starts only once every 28 days and closes when full.
Each bootcamp lasts for 4 weeks.
There are 4 phases. Each phase is a progression of the previous phase.
Create a user login and provide the necessary information before your bootcamp’s close date. Once all information is submitted, the MacroFIT team can begin working on caloric calculations to help you achieve your goals.
You will need a scale, food scale, soft measuring tape, mini bands, and 3 sets of dumbbells (a set of 5s, 8s, and 10s or 12s).
