MacroFIT Online Bootcamp is an online fitness & nutrition program that aims to help you reach your goals on your schedule. You schedule your workouts and plan when to complete meal prep. This program is based on your estimated caloric needs and adjusted based on your progress and goals. Whether you want to gain muscle, lose fat, or a bit of both- your intake can be catered to your goals.
This program is broken into four 4 week phases with each phase being a progression of the previous phase. After completing the 4 phases, you can take what you have learned from the program and implement these skills into your daily life.
What is included?
This program was designed to remove all thinking on your behalf. The plan is laid out for you, it is just up to you to execute. You are provided with weekly meal plans, weekly grocery shopping lists, and weekly meal prep instructions. You are also provided with 3 workouts per week along with instructional videos to walk you through each exercise.
Accountability is provided through weekly check ins where your progress is assessed and any necessary adjustments are made if needed. We use multiple tools to assess progress::
- The scale. This is strictly a tool to measure the Earth’s gravitational pull on your body. We do not give it more power than that.
- Pictures. These are such an amazing way to assess progress and give a much clearer picture than that of the scale, especially since you will be doing resistance training along with this program.
- Measurements. Measurements are taken once per month to assess progress.
You are provided access to a private Facebook group to interact with other bootcamp members in your current phase. You can share pictures, recipe tips, ask questions, and know that you are not alone in completing a tough workout. This is a group of people who will celebrate alongside you. You will remain with the same group of people throughout your bootcamp journey, however long you decide that will be.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: Sign up to reserve your spot in the next MacroFIT Online Bootcamp! Each bootcamp begins only once every 28 days. Once signed up, you will submit your information. After your information is submitted, the MacroFIT Team can begin working on caloric calculations to help you achieve your goals.
STEP 2: Join the Facebook group! Join the Facebook group for your phase to stay up to date on all things MacroFIT Bootcamp!
STEP 3: Beginning bootcamp! Your first meal plan and your snack options will be made available to you 5 days prior to starting bootcamp. Every bootcamp is kicked off with a Facebook Live within your Facebook group 4 days prior to starting to go over information and answer any questions that you may have.
STEP 4: Submit weekly check in! After executing the plan, you will submit weekly check ins so that any necessary adjustments can be made to ensure continued progress. Check ins will include: plan adherence, weight, biweekly pictures, and measurements every third week of your phase of bootcamp. All of these together help us to capture a better overall understanding of your progress.
